It’s that time of the year again! Hudson County Restaurant Week will returned for its 15th year on January 28th and will last until February 8th. This is the perfect time to dine at your favorite Jersey City restaurants with discounted prices on three-course meals, and it also makes a great way to find a new restaurant to try for Valentine’s Day!
Some favorites near Lenox that are participating are:
Edward’s Steakhouse – If you’re looking for an intimate dining experience and delicious steaks, look no further! For 40 dollars you can get a three-course meal at one of the best steak houses in New Jersey. They will also be doing a three-course lunch for $18.00.
South House – Make a reservation at South House if you enjoy southern food, great music and awesome cocktails. This is also a popular Jersey City hang out so if you’re looking to have some drinks after dinner, it’s the perfect choice. Their menu includes brisket, BBQ shrimp and a BBQ jackfruit sandwich (vegetatarian). Your three-course meal also comes with a glass of wine!
Rumba Cubana – This restaurant recently opened in the fall and is already a favorite in the city. It has a fun ambiance and they make excellent mojitos! If you love Cuban food, head to Rumba Cubana for restaurant week. They’ll be serving their favorite entrees such as Lechon Asado (their famous Cuban Style roasted pork which is marinated for 24 hours, slowly roasted and pulled topped with grilled onions and mojo), tropical salmon, vegetarian paella, pollo rumbero (ham and Swiss stuffed chicken breast, wrapped in bacon over a cream sauce, served with rice and tostones).
