Now that the snow appears to be behind us (we hope), we’re looking forward to longer days and warmer weather this spring and summer so Lenox residents and guests can take advantage of our abundance of warm-weather amenities at Lenox. Here are a few we’re particularly excited to share:

1.  Two-level landscaped roof deck
This summer we will be officially unveiling our two-level roof deck where you can host a cookout with friends or fellow Lenox residents, take a dip in the pool, soak in the rays on our lounge chairs or take a picture of our Instagram-worthy view of the Manhattan skyline and Jersey City. Or, celebrate a special event in our private lounge areas, perfect for parties, showers or cocktail hours with friends.

2.  Outdoor (and indoor) children’s play area
The children’s play area on the [XX] floor is a great place for play dates, with plenty of room for the parents to hang out and a playground for the little ones to let out that pent-up energy, get some fresh air and soak up some vitamin D.

3.  First-floor lobby terrace
Whether you’re meeting up with friends or want to enjoy your morning cup of joe in a serene location, our lobby terrace has ample seating for your lounging pleasure. Sit out with a good book, set up a picnic with the kids or share a bottle of wine with friends on a warm spring or summer night.

4.  Local neighborhood perks
Our four-legged friends are just as excited for the warm weather as us! Take your furry family members for a walk along the water or let them run free at the Sussex Street dog run. You can also stop dreading your walk to the PATH train or ferry every morning. Explore a new route to discover a different coffee spot to spice up your morning routine.

Located in the heart of Paulus Hook, Lenox is just steps away from some of the best restaurants in town and the Grove Street social scene. Burn off some calories walking both ways, or take advantage of Jersey City’s abundant rideshare network by Ubering home.

5.  Bike riding
Lenox’s bike storage option for residents ensures your personal property is secure, and protected from the elements. On warm weekends in Spring and Summer, take a ride down to Liberty State Park or ride around the neighborhood to take in the industrial magnificence of Jersey City.
